Hello Cope friends,

In the previous newsletter I included an article about shopping and eating healthy foods while maintaining a healthy budget. I hope that as this fall joins us you have had an opportunity to practice one example of ways to eat healthy while staying in your budget. If you’ve practiced more than one GREAT. If you are still contemplating ways to do so, KEEP IT UP! Planning is the key to success.

Now is a great time for each of us to stop and spend a few minutes to reflect on 2011. There is a great deal of stress and turmoil all around us. How are you handling all of this information? How are your children handling it? What are the positive things happening in your world and the world around you? Increased gentle self reflection can lead us to greater self awareness which can in turn increase our conscious living and the choices we make. Success starts with planning…In my next article I will share with you the five steps to the Take Control of Your Money :Gain Control of Your Life SUCCESS PROCESS so stay tuned.
